Kiddonido helps families discover and compare children’s activities across Spain. You can explore information about activities and partners and, where a partner profile is claimed and approved, contact them directly through Kiddonido.

Yes. Browsing activities, comparing them and discovering partners is free for families.

Kiddonido is designed to work across Spain. Coverage varies from city to city and keeps growing as more partners and activities are added.

Beta means Kiddonido is in an early public stage. The main features are available and usable, but some information, design details and functionality are still being improved.

Use the Explore page. You can search by keyword and narrow the results with the filters available there, such as category and subcategory, city or area, age, schedule and format.

Yes. You can allow your browser to share your location, or set a location manually. Sharing your location is always optional — you can browse without it.

Try increasing the search radius, removing some filters, or looking at a nearby town or city. Kiddonido’s coverage is still growing, so some areas have fewer listings than others for now.

Activities show the age information provided for them. If your child is close to the edge of the stated range, confirm suitability directly with the partner before booking or attending.

Yes. Favourites and comparisons are saved in your browser, so no account is needed. Open Favourites to see what you saved, then use the comparison view to look at several activities side by side.

Open the activity or partner page and use the Contact & Book button. You will be asked to sign in or create a free family account before your message is sent, so the partner can reply to you through Kiddonido.

Contact & Book is only active for partner profiles that have been claimed and approved. Information about other businesses is still browsable, but they cannot receive messages through Kiddonido yet.

Not yet. During beta, Kiddonido is for discovery and for contacting partners directly. Bookings, places and payments are arranged with the partner themselves.

The partner does. Listings reflect the information available to us, so always confirm the current schedule, price and availability with the partner before attending or paying.

Mention the activity you are interested in, the age of the participant, your preferred schedule and any questions that matter to you. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Allow a reasonable amount of time. Enquiries are sent through Kiddonido and the partner is notified by email, so replies arrive in the same conversation. Meanwhile you can look at a similar activity on Explore, and if a partner repeatedly does not respond, let us know so we can review the listing.

Listing information comes from publicly available sources, from information supplied by partners themselves, and from listings reviewed or added by the Kiddonido team.

It means someone representing the business has confirmed their connection to it and now manages the profile. It is not a certification of every activity, employee or safety practice.

No. Kiddonido does not guarantee or endorse the activities listed. Families should assess each option themselves and confirm qualifications, insurance, safeguarding, accessibility and conditions directly with the partner.

We make a genuine effort to keep listings accurate, but schedules, prices and availability change frequently. Please confirm anything important with the partner.

Use the “Report incorrect information” link on the listing itself — that sends the details straight to us with the listing attached. You can also contact us with the link, a short description of the problem and the correct details if you know them.

Contact us with the page address and a short explanation of your concern. We review reports and take action where it is needed.

The partner does, because bookings and payments are not processed through Kiddonido. Their own terms apply, so ask them about cancellations and refunds before you pay.

Stop taking part and contact the relevant authority. In an emergency in Spain, call 112. Kiddonido support is not an emergency service, but please also report the listing to us so we can review it.

No. Browsing and searching are open to everyone. Some actions, such as contacting a partner, require you to sign in.

Family accounts sign in with an email address and password, or with Google. If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgot password” option on the sign-in page and we will email you a reset link.

We use your account details to operate the service, to manage your enquiries and to notify you about replies. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.

Your personal contact details are kept private and are not shared with the partner. The partner sees the activity you selected, the participant age and your message, and replies through Kiddonido. Your name, email address and phone number are not shown to them. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

You can update your details from your family profile page. If you would like your account deleted, contact us from the email address linked to the account and we will handle the request.
