Terms of Use

Version: 2026-08-09 · Effective 9 August 2026

Kiddonido is an online platform that helps families discover children's activities, classes, camps and related services offered by independent local providers, and get in touch with those providers directly.

These Terms of Use explain the rules for using Kiddonido, both as a parent or guardian browsing the platform and as a business listing or managing a profile on it. Please read them before using the platform.

1. About these Terms

These Terms apply to everyone who uses Kiddonido: visitors, registered users, and businesses that register, claim or manage a listing. By using the platform you agree to these Terms.

Some sections apply only to providers (businesses). Those sections are marked as such and apply in addition to the sections that apply to everyone.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.

2. About Kiddonido

Kiddonido operates the website and platform available at kiddonido.com. If you need to reach us about these Terms, a listing, or anything else on the platform, use the contact page.

3. What Kiddonido does

Kiddonido is a discovery and information platform. It lets families search and browse activities and providers, filter by category, age, location, language and similar criteria, view listing information, save favourites, compare options, and send an inquiry or message to a provider.

Kiddonido is not the organiser of the activities listed. The provider, not Kiddonido, delivers the activity or service, sets its own prices and schedules, and is responsible for the activity itself.

  • Kiddonido does not operate, run, staff or supervise the listed activities.
  • Providers are independent businesses. Listing a business on Kiddonido does not make it an employee, agent, partner or representative of Kiddonido.
  • Kiddonido does not currently take bookings for provider activities and is not the merchant of record for them.
  • Kiddonido does not currently collect or process payment for provider activities. Any payment is arranged directly between you and the provider.
  • Where you and a provider make an arrangement after finding each other on Kiddonido, that arrangement is between the two of you. Kiddonido is not a party to it simply because the introduction happened here.

If Kiddonido introduces booking or payment features in the future, these Terms will be updated before those features apply to you.

4. Eligibility and accounts

Kiddonido is intended for adults — parents, guardians and other adults looking for children's activities — and for adults acting on behalf of a business. Accounts are for adults; the platform is not designed for children to register or create their own accounts.

You can browse much of Kiddonido without an account. An account is needed for features such as saving favourites, keeping family preferences, managing inquiries and messages, and managing a business profile.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for activity that takes place through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.

5. Using Kiddonido

You may use Kiddonido to find activities and providers for personal, family or legitimate business purposes. You agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not harm the platform, other users or providers.

Features such as favourites, saved preferences, comparison and inquiries are provided as-is to help you organise your search. They do not reserve a place, hold availability or create any commitment from a provider.

6. Information about activities and providers

Listings can include activity descriptions, age ranges, prices, schedules and dates, indications of availability, addresses and locations, contact details, languages, images, and other business or activity information.

This information comes from providers, from Kiddonido's own editorial work, and in some cases from publicly available sources such as a business's own website or public business-listing data, including Google Maps / Google Places information where applicable.

Details change often. Kiddonido works to keep listings useful and to correct inaccuracies we become aware of, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete, current or accurate at all times.

Before you rely on a listing — in particular for availability, price, schedule, location, age suitability, language, or any specific requirement your child has — please confirm it directly with the provider.

If you spot something that looks wrong, you can report it from the listing or contact us, and we will look into it.

Report incorrect information

7. Contacting providers and making arrangements

When you send an inquiry or message through Kiddonido, we pass your message and the contact details you choose to share to the relevant provider so they can reply to you. We may also send you email notifications about that conversation.

Sending an inquiry is not a booking and does not reserve or guarantee a place. Providers decide whether and how to respond, and their replies come from them, not from Kiddonido.

Any booking, payment, cancellation, refund, or service arrangement that follows is made directly with the provider and is governed by that provider's own terms and policies.

8. Parents, guardians and children

Kiddonido helps you find options; it does not assess whether a particular activity or provider is right for your child. Parents and guardians remain responsible for choosing a provider, for satisfying themselves that an activity is suitable, and for communicating relevant needs — for example medical, dietary, accessibility, supervision or language requirements — directly to the provider.

Providers are responsible for their own safeguarding practices, staffing, qualifications, insurance and legal compliance. Nothing in these Terms limits any child-safety, safeguarding or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Provider and business listings

This section and the three that follow apply to businesses and to people acting for a business.

A business can register on Kiddonido, and existing listings can be claimed by the business they describe. Registrations and claims are reviewed before a profile becomes publicly visible or before management access is granted, and Kiddonido may approve, decline, pause or remove a listing.

When registering or claiming, you provide business details together with internal contact details (name, role, phone and email) that we use to reach you about the listing. Those internal contact details are not published on your public profile.

10. Existing and unclaimed listings

Kiddonido may publish information about a business before that business has an account with us, based on information the business has made publicly available or on our own editorial research. Such a listing is described as unclaimed: no one from the business is managing it on Kiddonido yet.

An unclaimed listing does not mean Kiddonido has individually verified the business, and it does not imply any endorsement, partnership or affiliation in either direction.

A business can claim an eligible listing to take over its management. Claims are subject to verification, and we may ask for information reasonably necessary to confirm that you are authorised to represent the business.

Whether or not a listing has been claimed, a business can ask us to correct inaccurate information about it, or ask us to remove the listing, by contacting us.

11. Provider responsibilities

If you register, claim, edit or publish a business profile or an activity on Kiddonido, you represent and agree that:

  • you are authorised to act for the business you register or claim;
  • the information you provide is information you reasonably believe to be accurate and not misleading;
  • you will keep material listing information — such as prices, ages, schedules, locations and contact details — reasonably up to date, and correct it when it changes;
  • you hold the rights or permissions needed for the text, images and other content you upload, including any necessary permissions for images featuring identifiable people or children;
  • you comply with the laws, licences, insurance requirements, safeguarding obligations and consumer rules that apply to your business and services;
  • you respond to inquiries received through Kiddonido honestly, and you do not use them for unrelated marketing;
  • you handle personal data you receive through Kiddonido lawfully and only for the purpose of responding to the person who contacted you.

Kiddonido does not independently verify every statement a provider makes. Responsibility for the accuracy and lawfulness of provider-supplied information rests with the provider.

12. User and provider content

Content you submit — listing text, images, reviews, inquiries, messages, suggestions and feedback — remains yours. By submitting it, you grant Kiddonido a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, adapt for formatting and translation, and distribute that content on and in connection with the platform, for as long as it is on the platform.

Kiddonido may translate listing content between the languages the platform supports so that it can be shown to families in their language. Translations are provided for convenience and may not be perfect; providers can review and adjust their own wording.

You are responsible for the content you submit. Reviews and other public contributions must reflect genuine, first-hand experience.

13. Prohibited use and content

You must not use Kiddonido to:

  • publish false, misleading or deceptive listings, claims, prices or availability;
  • impersonate another person or business, or claim a listing you are not authorised to represent;
  • post reviews that are fake, incentivised, written about your own business, or written about a competitor;
  • upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, obscene, or harmful to children;
  • upload content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy;
  • collect, scrape or bulk-extract listings, contact details or personal data from the platform;
  • send spam, unsolicited marketing, or misuse inquiries and messages;
  • attempt to bypass, probe or interfere with the platform's security, access controls, moderation or rate limits;
  • interfere with the normal operation of the platform or with other people's use of it.

14. Search, ranking and visibility

Results on Kiddonido are ordered by a combination of factors that depend on what you searched for and how you sorted the results. In plain terms, the main factors are:

  • how well a listing matches your search text, category or subcategory, and the filters you applied (age, language, price, schedule and similar);
  • location and distance, when you have shared a location or chosen a distance-based sort;
  • the sorting option you select — for example recommended, nearest, or newest;
  • how complete and usable a listing's information is, and how many active published activities a provider has;
  • whether a listing has been claimed or verified by the business, and how recently it was added or updated;
  • editorial selection: Kiddonido may highlight or feature a limited number of listings it considers useful to families.

Kiddonido does not currently sell paid or promoted placement, and payment does not currently buy a ranking advantage. If that ever changes, these Terms will be updated and paid placement will be identified as such.

We do not publish the exact weights or internal mechanisms behind ranking, both to keep results useful and to prevent manipulation.

15. Moderation, suspension and removal

Kiddonido may review, edit for formatting or clarity, decline to publish, unpublish or remove content and listings, and may suspend or close accounts, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, where content is unlawful or unsafe, where information appears materially inaccurate, or where required by law.

Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell the affected user or provider and give them a chance to respond or correct the issue. Anyone affected by a moderation decision can contact us to ask us to review it.

16. Third-party services and links

The platform links to and integrates third-party services, including provider websites, phone and messaging apps, and mapping and business-information services such as Google Maps and Google Places. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies.

Links, map data and third-party information are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement. Kiddonido is not responsible for third-party content or services.

17. Intellectual property

The Kiddonido name, logo, design, software, editorial content and the compilation and arrangement of the platform's content are owned by Kiddonido or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

You may use the platform and view its content for your personal or legitimate business use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or systematically extract substantial parts of the platform without our permission, except as permitted by law. Provider trade names, logos and content remain the property of their respective owners.

18. Privacy and personal data

How Kiddonido handles personal data — what we collect, why, and the choices and rights you have — is described in the Privacy Notice, which forms part of your use of the platform. Cookie and similar-technology choices are described in the cookie information.

19. Availability and changes to the platform

We aim to keep Kiddonido available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn, and maintenance or technical problems may make the platform temporarily unavailable.

20. Liability

Kiddonido is responsible for operating the platform with reasonable care and skill, and for the content we ourselves publish. We are not responsible for the delivery, quality, safety, legality or suitability of the activities and services that providers offer, nor for the accuracy of provider-supplied information, nor for arrangements you make directly with a provider.

To the extent permitted by law, Kiddonido is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your decision to use a particular provider.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any liability under mandatory consumer-protection law.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform develops or as legal requirements change. Each version carries a version number and an effective date, shown at the top of this page.

Material changes will be published here before or when they take effect, and where appropriate we will notify registered providers. Continuing to use Kiddonido after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

22. Ending your use

You can stop using Kiddonido at any time and can ask us to close your account. Providers can ask us to unpublish or remove their listing.

We may end or suspend access as described in the moderation section. Sections that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, liability and governing law — continue to apply after your use ends.

23. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of the country where you live, or of the right to bring proceedings there where the law gives you that right.

If you have a problem, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and informally.

24. Contact

Questions about these Terms, a listing, or anything else on the platform can be sent to us through the contact page.
