Kiddonido – User Terms & Conditions
For parents, guardians and adult users
Draft version: 25 September 2026 · Effective 25 September 2026
These User Terms & Conditions govern use of Kiddonido by visitors, registered users, parents, guardians and other adults looking for children's activities. They are based on the user-facing provisions of Kiddonido's existing Terms of Use and include additional safeguards appropriate to a family-focused platform.
1. About these User Terms
These Terms apply when you browse, register for or use Kiddonido as a user. By expressly accepting them where acceptance is requested, or by using public features subject to the notices presented to you, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer, privacy, child-safety or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
2. About Kiddonido
Kiddonido is operated by [FULL LEGAL COMPANY NAME], NIF/CIF [●], registered office at [●], Spain. Contact Kiddonido through the contact page.
3. What Kiddonido Does
Kiddonido helps families discover children's activities, classes, camps and related services offered by independent Providers. Users can search and filter listings, compare options, save favourites and contact Providers.
Kiddonido is not currently the organiser of listed activities, does not operate, staff or supervise them, does not currently take bookings for Provider activities, is not currently the merchant of record and does not currently collect payment for Provider activities.
Any booking, payment, cancellation, refund or service arrangement made after contacting a Provider is directly between you and that Provider and is governed by the Provider's applicable terms and policies unless Kiddonido expressly states otherwise for a future feature.
4. Adults, Parents, Guardians and Accounts
Kiddonido accounts are intended for adults. Children are not permitted to create their own Kiddonido accounts under the current service model.
If you enter information concerning a child, you confirm that you are entitled to provide that information for the purpose for which you provide it. You should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information about a child in general profile fields or messages.
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your login credentials confidential and notifying Kiddonido promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
5. Using Kiddonido
Use Kiddonido only for lawful personal, family or legitimate purposes.
- Do not misuse, damage, overload or interfere with the platform or other users.
- Favourites, comparisons, saved preferences and inquiries are organisational tools only and do not reserve a place or guarantee availability.
- Do not scrape, bulk-extract or systematically copy listings, contact details or personal data.
- Do not bypass security, moderation, access controls or technical restrictions.
6. Information About Activities and Providers
Listings may include descriptions, ages, prices, schedules, availability indications, locations, languages, images and other information. Information may come from Providers, Kiddonido's editorial work and, where applicable, public business-information sources.
Details can change. Kiddonido works to keep listings useful and to correct material inaccuracies it becomes aware of, but does not guarantee that every Provider-supplied or third-party detail is complete, current or error-free.
Before relying on important information, particularly price, availability, schedule, age suitability, location, accessibility, language or a child's specific needs, confirm it directly with the Provider.
7. Claimed, Unclaimed and Document-Checked Listings
An 'Unclaimed' listing means that the business has not taken over management of the listing. It does not mean Kiddonido has individually verified that business.
A 'Business claimed' status indicates that Kiddonido has checked evidence of the claimant's authority to manage the listing; it is not a comprehensive verification of the Provider, its staff, safety or legal compliance.
If a 'Documents checked' or similar status is shown, it relates only to specified categories of evidence reviewed at a particular time. It is not government approval, an endorsement, a quality rating or a guarantee that an activity is safe or suitable for a particular child.
8. Contacting Providers
When you send an inquiry through Kiddonido, the message and the contact details you choose to share may be passed to the relevant Provider so that it can respond. Kiddonido may send notifications relating to the conversation.
An inquiry is not a booking and does not reserve or guarantee a place. Provider replies are communications from the Provider, not from Kiddonido.
9. Parents, Guardians and Suitability for a Child
Kiddonido helps users discover options but does not decide whether a particular activity or Provider is appropriate for an individual child.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for making the final selection and for communicating relevant needs directly to the Provider, including where appropriate medical, dietary, allergy, disability, accessibility, supervision, behavioural, language or other requirements.
Providers remain responsible for their own staffing, safeguarding, qualifications, insurance, premises, activity delivery and legal compliance. Nothing in these Terms limits any child-safety or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Health, Safety and Emergency Information
Kiddonido is not an emergency service and general platform messaging should not be used for urgent medical or safeguarding situations. If there is an immediate risk to a child, contact the appropriate emergency or public authority.
Where a Provider needs health or other sensitive information to safely deliver an activity, provide it directly through the Provider's appropriate process rather than publishing it in a public review or unnecessary general profile field.
11. User Content, Reviews and Feedback
Content you submit remains yours. By submitting content for publication or platform use, you grant Kiddonido a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, format, translate and distribute it on and in connection with the platform for as long as it is used there.
Public reviews must reflect genuine first-hand experience and must not be fake, misleading, incentivised without proper disclosure, defamatory or unlawfully disclose personal information about children, staff or other users.
Do not upload photographs or videos of children or other identifiable people unless you have the rights and permissions necessary for that specific publication.
12. Prohibited Content and Conduct
- False, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, hateful, harassing, obscene, exploitative or child-harming content.
- Impersonation or unauthorised access to another person's or Provider's account.
- Fake or manipulated reviews.
- Content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, image or other rights.
- Spam, unsolicited commercial messages or misuse of Provider contact channels.
- Scraping, bulk extraction, security interference or attempts to circumvent platform controls.
13. Search, Ranking and Featured Results
Search results may reflect relevance to search text/categories and filters, location or distance where applicable, the sorting option selected, listing completeness, active activities, claim/verification status, recency and limited editorial selection.
Kiddonido does not currently sell paid ranking advantage. If paid or promoted placement is introduced, it will be identified as required and the Terms will be updated.
14. Moderation, Reporting and Account Restrictions
Kiddonido may review, format, hide, decline or remove content and may restrict, suspend or close accounts where it reasonably believes these Terms have been breached, content may be unlawful or unsafe, information is materially misleading, or action is required by law.
You may report potentially unlawful content, unauthorised images, misleading listings or child-safety concerns through the contact page. Where applicable, Kiddonido will provide an appropriate route to request review of a moderation decision through the contact page.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
Kiddonido may link to Provider websites, phone or messaging apps, maps and other third-party services. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not by itself mean Kiddonido endorses the third party.
16. Intellectual Property
The Kiddonido name, logo, design, software, editorial content and compilation and arrangement of platform content are owned by Kiddonido or its licensors. You may use the platform for personal and family purposes but may not reproduce, republish or systematically extract substantial parts without permission except as allowed by law.
17. Privacy and Personal Data
Kiddonido's processing of personal data is described in its Privacy Notice, including information concerning accounts, inquiries and family-related preferences. Cookie and similar-technology choices are described in the Cookie Notice.
Because Kiddonido concerns children's activities, users should minimise the amount of child information shared and avoid placing sensitive child information in public content.
18. Platform Availability and Future Features
Kiddonido aims to keep the platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn.
If Kiddonido later introduces booking, payment, subscriptions or other materially different services, the relevant terms, consumer information and acceptance flow will be updated before those features apply.
19. Liability
Kiddonido is responsible for operating its platform in accordance with applicable law and for obligations that legally rest on Kiddonido. Independent Providers are responsible for the activities and services they provide.
To the extent permitted by law, Kiddonido is not responsible for the delivery, quality, safety, legality or suitability of a Provider's independent activity, Provider-supplied information, or arrangements made directly between a user and a Provider.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including where mandatory law provides otherwise.
20. Changes to these Terms
Each version will carry an effective date. Material changes will be made available before or when they take effect and, where appropriate or legally required, registered users will be notified or asked to provide fresh acceptance.
21. Ending Your Use
You may stop using Kiddonido at any time and may request closure of your account, subject to lawful retention requirements. Kiddonido may restrict or end access in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
22. Governing Law and Consumer Disputes
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any mandatory protection or jurisdiction right that applicable law gives you, including rights connected with your habitual residence where applicable.
For complaints, contact Kiddonido through the contact page first so that the matter can be reviewed informally where appropriate.
23. Electronic Acceptance
Where an account or feature requires acceptance, the Terms should be made available before acceptance in a form that can be stored and reproduced. Acceptance should be recorded through a separate unticked checkbox or equivalent affirmative action.
Suggested checkbox wording: “I have read and agree to the Kiddonido User Terms & Conditions.”
Optional marketing consent should not be bundled with acceptance of these Terms.
24. Contact
Questions about these Terms, an account, a listing or a report can be sent through the contact page.
