Help & FAQ
Find answers about discovering activities, contacting partners, claiming a business and managing your Kiddonido profile.
Kiddonido is currently in beta. Some information and features may still change as we improve the platform.
Listings and claiming
Some profiles are created from publicly available business information so families can find activities in their area. You can claim the profile to manage and improve it.
Find your profile on Kiddonido, open it and choose “Claim this business”, or start from Claim your business. You will sign in or create a partner account, provide verification details, and our team reviews the claim before access is granted.
A business email address, your website, official social media accounts, a business registration detail or any other evidence that shows you represent the business.
If there is no profile yet, register it through Add your business. If you are unsure whether a profile already exists, contact us and we will check for you.
Contact us with the profile address, your role in the business and evidence of your connection to it. Ownership is only changed after our review.
Contact us with the profile address and evidence that you represent the business. We review each request against our obligations and policies, so removal cannot be promised automatically.
Managing your profile
From the Partner Dashboard you can update your address, your description, your website and social links, your logo and photos, and your public and internal contact details.
Identity and location fields are shown as read-only because they affect how families find you and how listings are matched. Contact us if one of them needs to change.
Changes to your public profile are reviewed before they go live. While a submission is pending, the dashboard shows a notice on the profile editing page.
Upload them in the profile editing section of the Partner Dashboard. Only use images you own or have permission to use.
Usually because of image quality, because it was misleading, inappropriate or unrelated to the activity, or because there was a problem with image rights.
Activities and publication
Open Activities in the Partner Dashboard and create a new activity. The guided form asks for the basics, ages and participation, location, schedule, pricing, contact details and images.
A draft is saved but has not been submitted or approved yet. Usually some required information is still missing, or the activity has not been submitted for review.
Submitted activities are reviewed for completeness, clarity and consistency before they appear publicly.
Because something was missing, unclear, inconsistent or did not meet our listing requirements. The requested changes appear on the activity in your dashboard, and we also send a notification email to the address linked to your profile.
Common reasons are that your partner profile is not approved or public yet, that required information is missing, that the activity is still under review, that details are inconsistent, that content or images do not meet our standards, or that the status was changed after review.
Open the activity in the Partner Dashboard and edit it. Where changes affect published information, they can go through review again before appearing publicly.
Open the activity in the Partner Dashboard and change its status so it is no longer published, or delete it from the activity list. Deleted activities are removed from the public site.
Enquiries and bookings
Once your profile is claimed and approved, eligible listings show the Contact & Book button, and families can send you an enquiry through Kiddonido.
Enquiries and replies appear in Messages in your Partner Dashboard, and we send a notification email to the address linked to your profile.
Yes. You are responsible for replying to families and for confirming availability, requirements and the conditions of your activities.
Not currently. Kiddonido does not process bookings or payments, so these are arranged directly between you and the family.
No. Cancellations and refunds are handled directly by you under your own terms, because no booking or payment goes through Kiddonido.
Your responsibilities
Your contact details, descriptions, schedules, age ranges, prices, locations, availability and the conditions that apply to your activities.
False or misleading information, unlawful, discriminatory or inappropriate content, media you are not authorised to use, and claims you cannot support.
Yes. We may correct, restrict, unpublish or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, unsafe or inconsistent with our policies.
No. Approval means you are eligible to manage your profile and listings on Kiddonido. It is not an endorsement or certification of your business or activities.
Partner account and support
Use the partner login page with the email address linked to your partner account. If you have forgotten your password, request a reset link there and follow the email to set a new password.
Yes. Several people can hold access to the same partner profile, and each of them signs in with their own email address. There is no self-service way to invite a colleague yet, so contact us and we will add or remove access for you.
Contact us from the current account email where possible. Changes of this kind are verified manually before they are applied.
Contact us with your partner name and account email and we will handle it. Closing an account and removing a public listing are separate things — tell us if you also want the listing reviewed.
Use the Contact page and include your partner name, the link to your profile, your account email and a clear description of the issue. Do not include sensitive information in public listings or descriptions.
